I know VCPR is more popular, but to me K-Chat will always be the funniest talk show in the entire series. While I think that he could have come back and been something like the Geraldo Rivera of the GTA world, maybe it's best that he's made only two appearances (both of which were great). K-Chat was a pretty good talk station as well, and no doubt overlooked compared to VCPR.
