Advisory: Hardlock Key Troubleshooting Guide for CAM350 9.5 or Later Problem: CAM350 installation using a hardlock key is starting up in Demo Mode Step 1: Determine the source of the Problem Start CAM350 and select FILE SETUP LICENSING In the box labeled “Serial Number” you should see “DST=” followed by your serial number. • If a box labeled “Default HOST ID” with a string of numbers and letters appears, go to step 2. • If a 'DST=' serial number is displayed, go to step 3.

Older Version Notes: If you are not running v 8.5 or later, then the key will only be detected if the proper license is in place. Download the zipped. In versions prior to CAM350 8.0 the command sequence was FILE SETUP ACCESS CODE rather than FILE SETUP LICENSING.

Step 2: Key Detection Problems Check for the following problems. After each step, check FILE SETUP LICENSING to see if the key is being detected. If it is detected but you still get shareware, go to step 3. Is the key plugged in? It is best for parallel keys if they are only installed or removed while the system is off. USB keys should go thru standard windows disconnection procedure for USB devices.

Note for Terminal Systems: For single station licenses, the key will not be detected by terminal thus licensing will fail. The key must be plugged into the system you are using.

Photoshop liquify tool. The Liquify filter lets you push, pull, rotate, reflect, pucker, and bloat any area of an image. The distortions you create can be subtle or drastic, which makes the Liquify command a powerful tool for retouching images as well as creating artistic effects.

A network license is required for terminals. Is it a USB key? CAM350 V 8.0 or later must be installed or there is no driver to run the key. Is it a Glenco Key (black parallel port key)? These keys only work in Windows 95, 98 and ME. Contact Downstream to arrange a replacement. Additionally, it is not known if these keys will work with CAM350 8.0 or later.
